Biomass is a wonderful resource that can be transformed into chemicals, biological materials, food and feed ingredients or energy. However, adapting and optimizing transformation processes and technologies is a real challenge to valorize the entire biomass fraction in a circular approach. 

In the context of Industry 4.0, Key Enabling Technologies (KETs) form the basis for innovation in a range of products in all industrial sectors. They underpin the transition to a greener economy, contribute to the modernisation of the industrial base and promote the development of entirely new industries. BIOKET, the Bioeconomy Key Generic Technologies Conference, aims to contribute to the development of key generic technologies by promoting emerging key generic technologies applied to the bioeconomy sector.

The first edition of BIOKET brought together more than 300 key players in the sector. Join us at the second edition to participate in this stimulating conference dedicated to processes and technologies applied to biomass.
